I spoke with my contact at B and W and while they do not have a specific locking pin for the head on the Companion hitch # BWRVK3600 we can help. You could replace one of the pins with Kuat lock # HL1. It is a 5/16 inch diameter so it would fit loose in the 3/8 hole. The span of the pin is 3-1/2 inches.

I recommend taking a look at the etrailer 5th Wheel Trailer King Pin Lock, # e98896. This low profile lock only uses the indented portion of the king pin where the jaws of the fifth hitch would latch so you should have no interference with the wedge for your Sidewinder.

I like this lock because it is designed to be universal, and will fit virtually any pin box with a standard kingpin. The most durable and theft-proof lock I've tested is the AMPLock King Pin Lock for 5th Wheel Trailers part # AMP77FR. The lock itself is very thick, around 10 lbs and it's made of cast iron. It also has a unique key system which prevents picking and eliminates similar key codes.

Since you have the 5-1/2' bed on your 2018 Ford F-150 what you need to do is use a stationary 5th wheel hitch and replace the pin box on your trailer with a Sidewinder or 5th Airborne Premium with the Sidewinder.

Good news, I was able to find 3 pins that will work for you.
The Torklift Turnbuckle Pin Lock # TL11001, Roadmaster Coupler Padlock # RM-305, and the Husky Safety Lock Pin # 37201211 were the three pins I found that will fit through the hole in the handle.
